Please do not schedule other services for the day of your photoshoot. It is extremely difficult to work around cleaning services, window washers, handy men, carpenters, landscapers, etc.

Declutter & Depersonalize
Remove any unnecessary or personal items from surfaces, such as countertops, tables, and shelves. This helpscreate a clean and spacious appearance.
Deep Clean
Thoroughly clean each room, including floors, windows, countertops, appliances, and bathrooms. Pay attention to details like removing fingerprints, dusting, and ensuring everything is spotless.
Organize & Stage
Arrange furniture in a way that maximizes space and flow. Consider removing or repositioning certain items to create an inviting atmosphere. Add tasteful decor and accents to enhance the visual appeal.
Lighting
Ensure all light fixtures are in working order and replace any burnt-out bulbs. Open blinds and curtains to let in natural light, maximizing brightness in each room.
Clear Surfaces
Remove any unnecessary items from countertops, tables, and tops of furniture. Store them neatly in cabinets or drawers to create a clean and minimalistic look.
Freshen Up
